Terms and Conditions
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class and typically arrive within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase. All items are dispatched with tracking information. Standard delivery is £4.95 per order. Orders over £45 qualify for free delivery. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, postal services may occasionally experience delays or losses outside of our control. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, it will be considered lost. If an item is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement subject to stock availability or a full refund if a replacement is not available. If a delayed package arrives after a replacement or refund has been issued, you may return it using the pre-paid returns label provided.
Returns and Refunds
Unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and factory sealed where applicable. Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Faulty items may be returned for a full refund using the pre-paid returns label provided. If you do not receive your item within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate. Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by emailing sales@turbotoys.co.uk with your order details. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Product Information
All games sold are Region 2 PAL (UK) and are compatible with PAL consoles only. Please ensure your console supports this format before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for incompatibility issues.
Payment Information
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are dispatched one working day before the official release date using a Royal Mail 24-hour delivery service. Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of ordering.
